Michelle Gregory ABR, AHWD, MRP, RRS
I’m a dedicated real estate professional who truly loves what I do. Helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives energizes me every day, and I’m passionate about listening closely, working hard, and guiding my clients toward their real estate goals with clarity and confidence.
After spending 2.5 years living abroad in Stuttgart, Germany, my family and I made Charlottesville home in 2009. Before entering real estate, I was deeply involved in my children’s schools as a volunteer, worked as a substitute teacher, and later served as a Lead Preschool Teacher. Those experiences strengthened my roots in the community and shaped the patient, people-first approach I bring to my clients today.
I’m proud to be part of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, where integrity, innovation, and community involvement are core values. I hold several professional designations—including ABR, AHWD, CREN, MRP, and RRS—which allow me to better serve buyers, sellers, and relocating clients with expert negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and specialized knowledge. I was honored to be named CAAR’s Rising Star of the Year and have enjoyed giving back to the industry through leadership roles, including serving as Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors®.
One of the things I love most about my work at Howard Hanna is its commitment to giving back through the Children’s Free Care Fund. Since joining the company in 2023, I’ve been actively involved and now serve as Co-Chair, a role that’s especially meaningful as I’ve seen firsthand the impact this work has on children and families in our community.

Outside of real estate, I cherish time with family and friends—especially my newest role as “Mimi” to my first grandchild. I love reading, traveling, boating, live music, football… and spending time with my incredible friend group, the Margarita Mommas.
