Farra Sawyer is a Chesapeake native for 45 years with an intimate knowledge and enthusiasm of the area as well as a strong desire to make her home, your home. She received her real estate license in 2018, and her business is already based on more than 80% referrals. Farra recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives everyday to exceed their expectations and provide the most excellent service to buyers and sellers. An experienced listing agent as well as a strong buyers agent helping her clients buy their first home, or upsize or downsize. As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy and build a relationship with them. She listens to their desires and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, making sure that the buying and  selling process is fun, easy, and of course stress-free. Her clients can always count on her to be available to answer questions or concerns whenever they need her. 

Outside of her love of the Real Estate business, Farra loves spending time with her husband, children & grandchild as well as their dog, a Rottweiler named Sadie. She also enjoys shopping, the beach, music (almost all genres) getting her nails done and hanging out with her friends. She also takes pride in giving back to the community by volunteering with Hampton Roads Realtor Associations "Realtors with a heart".
