As the Regional Vice President of the Ohio Northeast for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Lucia oversees the Aurora, Macedonia, Solon, Chagrin Falls, Chesterland, Chardon, Madison, Mentor, and Willoughby offices. She leads with vision, grit, and a relentless drive to stay ahead of the curve. Under her leadership, teams have achieved outstanding results, including three Quantum Leap Awards—Brecksville in 2020, Solon in 2022, and most recently, Macedonia in 2024.

Backed by nearly 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Kent State University, Lucia brings next-level strategy and deep market knowledge to the table. She’s not just managing offices—she’s building ecosystems where top agents can thrive, adapt, and dominate. Whether it's navigating shifting markets, integrating new tech, or rewriting the way agents connect with clients, Lucia is always one step ahead.

Before stepping into leadership, Lucia was a top-producing agent who climbed to the #1 spot in her office by her second year in the business. She knows what it takes to win in this industry because she’s done it—and now she’s teaching others how to do the same.

Off the clock, Lucia is a proud mom of three adult children—a daughter and twin sons—and a die-hard fan of all things Cleveland: the Cavs, Browns, and Guardians included. She's also a dedicated volunteer and supporter of the Howard Hanna Children’s Free Care Fund.
