Welcome to my Howard Hanna website! I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself and share a bit about who I am as a real estate professional.

My name is Melissa Mentzer-Henninge, and I am passionate about helping individuals and families find their dream homes. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the local market and have helped countless clients navigate their way through the buying and selling process.

I believe that real estate is more than just a transaction; it's about finding a place to call home, creating memories, and building a future. My experience in the real estate industry also includes my involvement with the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS®. I am current member of the Board of Directors and serve as your 2026 Treasurer. I also serve the Legislative Committee, Professional Standards Committee, REALTORS® Political Action Committee Trustee, and the Council on Ohio REALTORS®/National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Development Committee. I also serve at the state level as an Ohio REALTORS® Director, for the Board of Directors. I am a member of the Professional Development Committee, REALTORS® Political Action Committee Fundraising Forum, and the Legislative Committee. I am also an appointed State Political Coordinator.

I have lived in Rocky River for 28 years and love to participate in my community. I deliver West Shore Meals on Wheels, which serves Rocky River, Lakewood, and Fairview Park. I am active with St. Christopher Parish in Rocky River, currently serving as a parish lector.  I believe in giving back and actively participate in various community initiatives and charitable organizations. It's important to me to make a positive impact and contribute to the growth and well-being of the neighborhoods I serve.
