Buying her first home in Avon Lake ignited Arlene’s fascination with real estate.  After building her second home in Avon Lake, Arlene decided to begin her career in Real Estate.  20+ years later, she still loves what she does – helping people either finding a house to call “Home” or helping them sell their current home when their lives change and they need to move to a different location

As a lifelong resident of Avon Lake and northeastern Ohio, Arlene has extensive knowledge of the area’s communities and she puts her experience to work for her buyers and sellers.  Arlene prides herself on her “one on one” commitment to each of her clients.  Listening to their needs and finding creative and productive ways to help them meet their real estate goals.  As a mother of two grown children, Arlene can appreciate all facets of family life – from the needs of young families all the way through the needs of senior citizens! 

 

Having worked in marketing prior to starting her real estate career, Arlene utilizes her prior work experience to develop customized marketing plans for each of her listings.  Having access to the Howard Hanna marketing tools makes for a comprehensive marketing experience for her sellers.  State of the art marketing tools such as drone technology, floor plan mapping, Howard Hanna website and social media marketing are utilized to help Arlene’s listings sell fast.

On the buying side, Arlene utilizes Howard Hanna’s newest home search tool, “HannaList"!   This tool allows buyers information on newly listed homes up to 48 hours before they hit the MLS  – that’s two days before they ever hit Zillow!   Talk about a “heads up”!   This is like having an insider track over and above the other buyers who may be looking for the same type of home!  This Howard Hanna tool allows Arlene’s buyers to “Find It First” and gives them the opportunity to “Buy It First” as well!

 

Arlene enjoys being a part of her community which has been an ongoing endeavor.  From helping to fundraise and build the ALPS (Avon Lake Play Space) to marching in the Homecoming and Duck Tape Parades – Arlene continues to be actively involved with her Avon Lake / Avon communities.  Questions about the history of the area – just ask Arlene – she and her family have been here for several generations!

 

In Arlene’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two grown children and their families.  Lots of fun can be had when the grandkids are in town – everything from swimming at the local pool to having s'mores out on the back patio!   Yearly trips to Arlene’s favorite summer vacation spot – Hilton Head Island are eagerly looked forward to all year long – lots of great memories of family vacations with her children and now she enjoys making great memories with her grandchildren as well!    An avid dog lover, nightly dog walks are a must and they are greatly appreciated by Arlene’s two dogs, Vivi who is a Maltese/Yorkie mix and Millie who is a Pomeranian mix.
