For me, real estate is more than a career-it is a community I have been part of my entire life.
Born and raised in Chesterland, Ohio, I have been a licensed real estate professional for more than three decades. During my career, I have helped buyers and sellers successfully close more than 390 homes, including more than 220 homes throughout Geauga County and more than 120 homes in Chesterland alone.
That experience gives me an in-depth understanding of the Chesterland and Geauga County real estate markets that goes far beyond home values and comparable sales. I know the communities, neighborhoods, schools, rural areas and unique property characteristics that make this part of Northeast Ohio such a special place to call home.
I work with both buyers and sellers throughout Chesterland, Russell, Novelty, Chardon, Bainbridge, Newbury, Munson, Auburn, Hunting Valley, Gates Mills, Kirtland and surrounding communities across Geauga, Lake and eastern Cuyahoga counties.
My experience includes everything from traditional residential homes to luxury properties, homes with acreage, rural properties with wells and septic systems, estates and new construction. I also enjoy helping first-time homebuyers, families relocating within Northeast Ohio, longtime homeowners preparing to downsize, and clients navigating the sale of an estate.
For sellers, I bring decades of local market knowledge, pricing experience, negotiation skills and an understanding of what buyers are looking for in today's market. For buyers, I offer the kind of local insight that comes from not only selling real estate here, but living in the community for decades.
