Assist in establishing the right price for your home to ensure that it sells for the best price in an appropriate time frame

Market your home through all available outlets: Multi List Service, Howard Hanna website, Realtor. com Craig’s List,  Zillow, Trulia, etc..

Assist you in preparing your home to sell by suggesting ways to enhance and present the property in the best possible light

Counsel you throughout negotiations

Coordinate and guide you through the closing process, keeping you informed with all parties involved
