Julia Braendel

A true people person, Julia spent years as a bartender/manager on the Main Line, deciding in 2012 to move to Real Estate Full Time. You may remember her as Main Line Today’s Bartender of the Year in 2011. Over thirty years in the mortgage and real estate industry, growing up in a family of agents and brokers some say it’s in her DNA. She started as a mortgage loan processor in 1991 and began working in property management shortly after. Somehow managing to work in the restaurant at the same time. Endless Energy!

Today in her spare time she enjoys spending time riding her horse, and volunteering her time on the Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Association Board of Directors. From Middle School through Division 1, she was on the sidelines as team photographer for her son’s sports teams and was on the board of several booster clubs. Her work on those sidelines earned her the opportunity to shoot professional lacrosse games as well. If she’s missing now, she’s likely crouched down by a fence shooting a horse show. 

Julia is a 1986 Graduate of Conestoga High School. As a child/teenager her family moved so she also attended school in Great Valley, Spring-Ford and Upper Merion School Districts. If you think gosh, I know that name and you attended any of those schools, yes it’s likely her.

Julia currently lives in Birchrunville, PA, and serves the Philadelphia Suburbs including Chester, Berks, Montgomery and Delaware Counties.  Next to horses and photography she loves to be behind the wheel of her classic Ford truck!
