Jared Sawka

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, I’ve always had deep roots in this community. I graduated from Louis E. Dieruff High School in the Class of 2012, and shortly after, while my mother was serving overseas in Kuwait, I made the bold decision to move to Atlanta on my own. There, I studied Business Management at Atlanta Metropolitan College before returning home to be more involved in my son’s life.

Back in the Lehigh Valley, I tapped into my entrepreneurial drive and launched my own clothing brand in 2018. What started out of the trunk of my car quickly grew into something much larger. I opened my first retail store in Allentown in 2019, then expanded into a kiosk and eventually a storefront inside the Lehigh Valley Mall, where I’ve proudly operated for over four years. I even took my brand into King of Prussia Mall, managing a kiosk there for a year. Along the way, I also studied Marketing at Northampton Community College to sharpen my skills.

Through this journey, I learned the power of hustle, perseverance, and customer care. Whether it’s a big purchase or a small one, I treat every client with the same respect and attention. That same mindset carries into my real estate career. As a business owner, I naturally gravitate toward commercial real estate, but I’m equally passionate about helping with residential sales—whether you’re buying your first home, investing in luxury property, or relocating across state lines. With licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, I’m uniquely positioned to help clients moving between the two states.
