Not all Realtors are created equal. Who you work with matters!
Hi — I'm so glad you found your way here.
I've lived in Beaver County my whole life. Every street, every neighborhood, every "wait, you know so-and-so?" conversation — this is home, and I don't say that lightly. When you work with me, you're not getting someone who studied this market. You're getting someone who grew up in it.
For ten years, I built a career as a Business Broker, helping people buy, sell, and value businesses they'd poured their whole lives into. I learned how to sit across the table during the biggest financial decisions someone will ever make and how to protect their interests like they were my own. Then one day I realized: I wanted to do that for families, not just business owners. I wanted to be in the room when someone found their home. So in 2019, I made the leap into real estate, and it's still, hands down, the best decision I've ever made.
I chose Howard Hanna on purpose. Not because it was easy, but because their name means something here: integrity, reputation, results. I wanted to be part of something I could stand behind.
If you want to know who I really am, here it is: I don't know how to do anything halfway. I'm a mom of three and a Grandma, so my days start early and rarely slow down, but that's also exactly why I'm good at this. I know how to stay calm in chaos, keep ten things moving at once, and never lose sight of what actually matters. Before real estate, I spent years as a Railroad Conductor for Norfolk Southern so believe me, I've carried heavier loads than your closing paperwork, and I'll carry this one too. And when I need to reset, I'm in the gym. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, I also compete in bodybuilding, because pushing myself is just who I am.
So when I tell you that you'll have my full attention, I mean it in the most literal way. Buying or selling a home is emotional, it's one of the biggest chapters of your life, and I don't take that lightly. Let me take some of that weight off your shoulders. That's what I'm here for.
Let's find your next chapter together
