Kathy Gecy moved to Beaufort with her family in 1982 and quickly fell in love with what she calls heaven on earth. Not long after settling in, she discovered her calling in real estate, specializing in residential and commercial properties, hunting properties, and land sales.
Kathy’s enthusiasm for showing homes, land, and commercial properties comes naturally, and she takes pride in sharing all that Beaufort County has to offer—from distinctive homes and beautiful coastal views to the amenities that make the Lowcountry such a special place to live. When she’s not working with clients, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, boating, playing golf, and simply embracing the Lowcountry lifestyle.
