Born and raised in northwest New Jersey, Joe now makes the beautiful Hilton Head Latitude Margaritaville community his home, where he enjoys connecting with his neighbors and making new friends. Joe is a consistent top-performing agent in Margaritaville. He ranked as the #1 resale agent in both 2024 and 2025 in the community. Joe has a diverse educational and career background. Always a hard worker, he put himself through college by working in the restaurant business and in a family excavating/home building business. Joe held an NJ Builder’s License and earned a NJ Real Estate License. College culminated in three undergraduate degrees: Hotel Restaurant Management, Business Administration, and Physical Education and Health. Joe then earned his Master's degree in School Leadership, graduating with honors across all his degrees.

After college, Joe began an exemplary 29-year career in education. He started as an elementary school physical education teacher in Colts Neck, New Jersey, was promoted to an elementary school assistant principal in Bernardsville, New Jersey, and ultimately served the final 12 years of his education career as an elementary school principal in Long Valley, New Jersey. He was honored to be named the Teacher of the Year representing Bedwell Elementary School, and was instrumental in Bedwell School’s National School of Character Award. Another prestigious recognition was the National Blue Ribbon School Award, bestowed upon the Old Farmers Road School community while Joe was principal.

Joe has always been a hardworking, sincere, and detail-oriented person. He now enjoys helping people achieve their real estate goals with Howard Hanna Allen Tate.
