Pat Griffith

Pat grew up in Ohio and is a lifelong Buckeye fan! After meeting her husband Bob at The Ohio State University, they moved to Cincinnati, OH. From there, their journey took them to Michigan, then to Fairport, NY, followed by New Milford, CT at the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, and later to Fairhaven, NJ in the beautiful Garden State.

Pat began her real estate career in Connecticut in the early 1980s with Merrill Lynch, at a time when interest rates were an unprecedented 18%. During her time there, she earned her Broker’s license and managed a small but highly successful office. She later went on to manage an office in Rumson, NJ with Weichert, REALTORS, where she earned multiple awards, including Manager of the Year in both 1995 and 2000.

In 2003, Pat and Bob relocated to the Lowcountry and made Sun City Hilton Head their home for the next chapter in their lives. She quickly immersed herself in the community, enjoying golf, pickleball, bridge, euchre, mahjong, the Buckeye Club, fitness center activities, and supporting the creative arts. Pat and Bob are also members of The Church of the Cross, which they cherish as a cornerstone of their life in the Lowcountry.

Now part of Howard Hanna Allen Tate Realtors (formerly Weichert, Realtors Coastal Properties), Pat continues to serve the community with the same dedication and heart she always has. She is a Transaction Specialist with a Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, and with over 30 years of experience in real estate, and many moves of her own, she understands firsthand the excitement and challenges of transitioning into a new home and lifestyle.

Pat has won numerous awards over the years and played a key role in helping her office be recognized as a top performer within the Hilton Head MLS and across affiliate companies.
