Karen has sold over $250 million on Hilton Head Island and regularly ranks among the top brokers in Hilton Head Island sales. Karen is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has lived on Hilton Head Island for 32 years.
Very active in the Hilton Head Island community, Karen is currently the Founding President of the Women's Council of Realtors® Lowcounty. She has served on the Board of the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce for 6 years, as well as The Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. As 2011 President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, past president of the Zonta Club of Hilton Head, 2001 graduate of the Hilton Head/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Long time board member of the Children's Center and helped to build their new building on Hilton Head Island as a part of their Capital Campaign Committee, Past board member with Hilton Head Dance Theater, and was a Leader for Girl Scouts of the USA for 13 years, Karen finds joy in giving back to the community.
Of all Karen's accomplishments, she is most proud of her family. Her husband Joe, kids Kelly and Joey and her four grandchildren, Chloe, Hawkins, Winslow and Prewitt are the joys of her life! Karen raised her two kids on Hilton Head Island and loves working with them as they are both in the real estate and mortgage industry on the island. Karen loves babysitting her four grandkids and taking them to fun spots on Hilton Head like the Sandbox Museum, the beach, parks and boating!
