I find that the secret of success is to be ready for opportunity when it comes...and I am ready!  My personal goal is to facilitate a positive and rewarding experience for all my clients.  Goals are not attained without purpose and direction...and I have both! I am PRO-ACTIVE, not  RE-ACTIVE.  Communication is a vital key to a successful relationship.  I am always available for my clients when they have questions and concerns. 

I have called Hilton Head Island home since 1985 while raising my son here in the beautiful Lowcountry. I have a wide variety of experiences that highly complement the skill set necessary to find your perfect piece of paradise or sell your Lowcountry home. I have worked with local architects and builders, as well as property owner associations and closing attorneys. This experience has given me considerable knowledge regarding the various rules and regulations within developments, design and construction, the real estate closing process and so much more. With my exceptional attention to details, let me work with you to navigate through your real estate venture.

When I am not busy working with all of your real estate needs, I spend quality time kayaking and paddle boarding on the local waters, as well as walking our pristine beaches.
