David: David moved to Hilton Head Island as a young man in 1979 to help open The Chart House Restaurant. He’s seen this lovely island develop responsibly and beautifully for 4 decades. He’s raised three remarkable daughters here and worked hard through the hospitality industry until he was given the opportunity in 1991 to be on the front line of sales with the new Indigo Run community. As a Broker in Charge and the #1 salesman from 1991 to 2007 he realized his passion for helping folks find their dream home and desired lifestyle. He loves what he does and his clients become his trusted friends. He owned Hilton Head Home Improvement Co. This invaluable knowledge of remodeling and construction greatly benefits his clients. Renée: Renée moved to Hilton Head early in 2012 and started in real estate in 2015. She worked in long term property management before jumping into home sales.
