As an eighth-generation native of Yancey County, I am proud of my Appalachian roots and consider myself unquestionably lucky to have been raised in these mountains. It is certainly no wonder why people flock to the Blue Ridge area, and I enjoy welcoming folks to this beautiful corner of the world.
Away from the office, you can find me volunteering in my community, attending a concert at one of our many incredible local venues, or taking in a festival celebrating our mountain culture. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and canoeing. I am also a lifelong equestrian and relish the tranquility of my own mountain farm.

Pursuing a career in real estate was a natural decision for me. I grew up in a family whose businesses included commercial and residential construction and have always been fascinated with home design and construction. As a Yancey County native, I know the region well and enjoy sharing it with newcomers. Watching my clients fall in love with this area and their dream home is the most rewarding feeling!
However, Western North Carolina is a unique market. It is important to also stay on top of current trends and take a scientific approach toward marketing a property and negotiating a purchase.
