With a background in Communications, I know that great Real Estate relationships start with truly listening, as well as clear, honest communication. Some of my local and national Media experience includes serving as the Morning and Mid-day On-Air Personality for iHeartMedia’s 99.9 KISS Country and Hosting and Producing Spectrum/Charter TV - Channel 10’s "Real Estate Showcase". As a current Host for American Dream TV’s "Selling the Carolinas", I am able to give my Home Buyers and Sellers exceptional exposure through strategic, high-impact marketing that sets them apart and offers a measurable advantage. A fun fact from those early Radio years—I even had the chance to ride my horse in the SRA Rodeo!

I have always had a passion for Real Estate, Interior Design as well as an Artist's instinct for Painting. On any given day you might find me Staging a client’s home, decorating for friends and family, or dreaming up my next creative project. You'll see my work and curated style in some of my staged Listings (which I offer my clients at no charge).  "Curated Home by Christina" is just part of my Real Estate Portfolio and the "above and beyond" experience I offer - Hunting for the perfect piece to curate a Home in our local antique and vintage shops is my idea of fun. I’m endlessly inspired by the natural and cultural beauty of our Mountain's lakes, waterfalls, streams, and charming towns that make Western North Carolina such a special place to call home. 

Family is my greatest joy and my constant motivation. I moved to Asheville from California in 1994 as a single mom, armed with determination, a strong work ethic, and a belief in potential. That belief led me to be able to purchase a small—slightly rough-around-the-edges— 4 acre farm in Fairview, long before it became one of the area’s most sought-after locations just minutes from downtown Asheville. I’m blessed with 4 children, 3 grandchildren, 5 dogs, and a crew of Farm animals that keeps things lively -all rooted in this extraordinary place I’m proud to share with my Clients.
