He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and spent 32 years in executive-level financial management with a leading telecommunications corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. His background includes extensive experience in financial management, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance—expertise that translates directly into informed pricing, strategic negotiations, risk awareness, and smooth transaction execution for his clients.
