Greetings and thank you for visiting my website! My name is Richard Brown. I'm sure you can agree that life presents many pathways, some planned and some unplanned. My life's journey has brought me into the world of real estate. Having spent 30 plus years in accounting and business management, I am excited to be entering into a new career. While new to the real estate industry, my previous experience brings an understanding of finances, contracts, negotiations and attention to detail. All relevant in today's real estate market.

People that know me well, would describe me as funny and witty. I do enjoy making people laugh and smile. I consider myself to be a patient person and a good listener. I take pride in being an honest, trustworthy person.

Having lived almost my entire life in the Tarheel state, I am grateful to call North Carolina home. This state is blessed with so much natural beauty and great people that it's no surprise that North Carolina is one of the top relocation destinations in the United States. 

Having grown up in Randolph County, I am familiar with the Piedmont Triad. I currently reside in Trinity with my wife, Shannon. Between us we have four children whom we are extremely proud of. Three of them are college graduates with another on the way. We have a second home at Badin Lake, which we have enjoyed for the last five years.
