Thank you for taking a minute to learn a little bit about me. After recently retiring from a very rewarding 33-year career in the mental health field, I have embarked on a second career in real estate sales. I became licensed in early 2019 and I am joining my wife, Heidi, in the business. Heidi has been a very successful Realtor with Howard Hanna (formerly Nothnagle) for 30+ years. Heidi’s experience and guidance, coupled with Howard Hanna’s excellent training and mentoring, gives me an excellent start in real estate.
Some of the attributes that I can offer to my real estate clients are good communication skills, problem solving ability and negotiation skills. I enjoy people and I’m a good listener, appreciating the opportunity to learn what clients’ interests and goals are. Additionally, I like the mechanics of houses and have a good understanding of plumbing, electrical and construction basics. I am honest, hard-working and flexible.
Finally, I think it’s important to also mention the benefits of partnering with Heidi in real estate. Our clients get two realtors for the price of one! This means better schedule availability, as we can be two places at the same time. Also, both Heidi and I are aware of all the pertinent needs of our sellers and buyers- if one of us is unavailable, the other will be able to cover, without missing a beat. I have already assisted Heidi in selling several houses this year and our clients seem to have appreciated the teamwork.
