Welcome, I’m Anne Nesbitt of Allen Tate Realtors in Winston-Salem, NC. 

Born in Winston-Salem and a GRITS, (girl raised in the south), I have four GRITS of my own that currently live all over this beautiful country.  I love Winston Salem and all this area offers.   Living in the Triad allows you to get to the breathtaking Blue Ridge or Smoky Mountains or picturesque OBX beaches by lunch.  Pick a direction and GO.  We have four true seasons that beckon young and old to come explore this beautiful state.
