Welcome and thank you for visiting my agent page. With over twenty three years of experience in the real estate profession. I have worked for several national real estate brokerage firms and my family real estate company in upstate New York. I practice my profession with integrity and compassion for my clients at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. My primary office is located in Skaneateles (NY). A beautiful, quintessential village in the Finger Lakes Region. I serve a wide region to meet my clients needs. Skaneateles, Homer, Manlius, Cazenovia, Camillus, Onondaga and Cayuga County communities and all surrounding areas. I have been known to travel an hour or so to be there for my clients, representing them in a life changing event. I specialize in residential real estate sales, working with both buyers and sellers. I live and play in your community. I can often be found kayaking in local lakes, touring the beautiful country roads, shopping at roadside stands and farmers’ markets or running on local trails, and hiking various Land Trust preserves. I work as I would want to be treated ... with honesty, integrity and fairness. I will be with you at every step of the way as we navigate through your real estate success story. Through multiple learning opportunities, continuing education and seminars, I stay current with market trends and real estate practices. Much of my business originates from referrals, either from past clients, friends of clients, or from people with who I interface in daily life.
