I entered Real Estate sales 10 years ago after a 25 year career in higher education, teaching and managing international programs. My international experience has prepared me to work with buyers and sellers from all over the world and my educational background brings the skill to help clients understand and anticipate the sometimes complicated processes involved in real estate transactions.

In addition, I've always had a lifelong passion for the possibilities in every built structure! A veteran of many renovations and a designer at heart, I excel at helping buyers discover how to make a house into the home that fits their individual needs and helping sellers prepare their home for sale.

I was born in Japan into a military family and lived in Japan and Germany as a child. As an adult, I studied History at Columbus State University in Georgia, French at the Sorbonne in Paris and International Relations and Political Economy at the University of Kent in England.

After completing my master’s degree in England I taught British History at the University of Tunis in Tunisia. Upon returning to the U.S. I entered the field of International Education Administration and began my long career working at 4 different universities in Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan and New Hampshire.

In 2008, my husband accepted a position at Corning, Inc. and not long after our relocation to Corning I took up a new career in real Estate and couldn't be happier! What I love about real estate is that there is never a dull moment!
