Allyson Burns

Allyson Burns, a proud recipient of the coveted Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award, for exemplary service,  celebrated her 15th year in real estate with the Allen Tate Company, now Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate, in February of 2026.

Ever since she was a child, Ally knew she would choose a career where she could make a positive impact on people's lives.
 

Her first, and perhaps obvious choice, was in the medical field.  She graduated college with a degree in Occupational Therapy, which she practiced until the birth of her twin boys.  After becoming a stay-at-home Mom, and having two more boys, Allyson dove into helping her husband, Richard, run his own residential construction company.
 

That's when the real estate bug bit Ally hard!
 

She loved the great sense of accomplishment she felt when she and her husband helped a client see their "dream home" become a reality.  The transition into real estate became a natural outgrowth of her 20 years of customer service, working with people of diverse profiles and backgrounds.
 

Allyson continues to be one of Howard Hanna Allen Tate's top producers and, for the last five consecutive years, was recognized as one of the top 150 agents in the entire company, as well as, the Top 50 Women in LKN Real Estate, Homesnap Top 5% in the country, Charlotte Real Producers Top 200, and a Five Star Agent.
