Born and raised in Reidsville and Rockingham County, Jennifer Sammons understands that buying or selling a home is about more than a transaction—it's about finding the right place to build your life. Today, she proudly serves buyers and sellers from Howard Hanna Allen Tate's Oak Ridge Commons office, helping clients throughout Oak Ridge, Stokesdale, Kernersville, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and communities across the North Carolina Triad and Foothills.
Jennifer brings more than 16 years of licensed real estate experience and over 26 years in the housing industry to every client relationship. Her career began in residential design with a national homebuilder, where she developed an appreciation for thoughtful design, quality construction, and the details that make a house feel like home. That foundation has grown into extensive experience in residential real estate, new construction, interior design, staging, land, investment properties, and contract-to-close management.
Her unique background allows her to offer clients insight that extends well beyond the typical real estate transaction. Whether evaluating a home's construction quality, preparing a property to maximize its value, navigating new construction, or negotiating on behalf of buyers and sellers, Jennifer's goal is to help clients make informed, confident decisions every step of the way.
