Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Laurie Welsh. I am a wife, mother of five and grandmother of six. Time management has become second nature to me and that certainly carries over into my real estate business. My husband and I chose to move to North Carolina from Pennsylvania in 2008 because we felt North Carolina was a great place to work and raise a family.
Developing relationships with the people I meet has been a favorite part of my real estate career. Since 2009, I have been educating buyers and sellers throughout the Triad and surrounding areas on current market values and trends. Specializing in residential real estate, including new construction, resales, foreclosures and investment properties fuels my passion for the industry and my clients.
