I find real estate very exciting! I appreciate architecture, interior design and landscape design. I enjoyed the process of selling and buying my personal homes so much that it led me to purchase, renovate and manage my personal rental properties. And when that wasn’t enough real estate I became a licensed agent to help others with their real estate endeavors. I love the possibilities a new property brings; I love brainstorming and collaborating and partnering with my clients through the process of buying and selling properties.
I especially enjoy working with clients who are relocating to the Ithaca area and/or working with investor clients.
I have made 3 trans-state moves involving real estate. Readying a home for sale and hunting for a new home in another state is hard. So many decisions, so much information to gather, so many stones to turn over. I’m determined to give my clients all the time, attention and support they need to get settled in.
In terms of investments, I think Ithaca offers an especially good opportunity to own rental property. I’m very enthusiastic about helping my clients find rental properties that meet their investment objectives.
In order to ensure that my clients unique needs are met, I take on each clients wants and needs as my own personal to-do list. And I don’t think there’s any reason making big decisions can’t be fun so it’s my mission to spread the fun of real estate with my clients!
