My wife, Chris Carlin, and I are both full-time Realtors®, specializing in residential real estate in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area, with over 50 years of combined full-time experience.  Well, that makes us sound old, but we don't feel old.  We relocated from New England in 1993 and raised two children here, volunteering in schools, elections, scouts, and various sports.  We have been through up markets and down markets, using our years of knowledge and experience to guide hundreds of clients through the complex home buying and selling process. Even during the most challenging market of the Great Recession, we continued to receive recognition for exceptional results.
