Welcome! I’m Jessica Hauprich, a Saratoga Springs-based real estate professional dedicated to helping clients move forward with confidence.

As a lifelong Saratoga resident, I bring deep local knowledge and strong community connections to every transaction. I specialize in guiding buyers and sellers throughout Saratoga Springs and the Capital Region with a strategic, results-driven approach—while keeping the experience personal, clear, and supportive from start to finish.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I offer a unique combination of business insight, negotiation expertise, and marketing strategy. In 2025, I was honored to receive both the Howard Hanna Rising Star Award and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors Shining Star Award, reflecting my commitment to delivering exceptional results and service.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom of four teenagers in the Saratoga Springs School District and an active member of the local community. I’m an avid runner and triathlete, having completed 10 marathons and a full Ironman, and I regularly lead running groups at iRun Local. In 2026, I’m excited to direct the inaugural iRun Saratoga Half Marathon.

I also serve as Co-Chair on the GCAR Community Relations Committee and actively support housing-related initiatives throughout the Capital Region.
