Having lived in Upstate NY for over 40 years and coming to love the rolling hills, friendly neighborhoods, and understanding the selection of styles, architectures, and sizes of homes in this area -- something for everyone, I would love to be your guide to find your next perfect home.

The Capital District has been my home for nearly 20 years with my children attending school and college in the area and my husband and I successfully establishing careers and long-lasting friendships here, our forever locale.

Not all areas have the choices we have here -- 

• homes with all the room you need for the kid's sporting equipment, kitchen "essentials," or your mother-in-law
• a condo or townhome with everything in walking distance or buses outside your door
• a home that's lakeside, poolside, near bike paths or close to the Adirondack trail
