Katrina received her Bachelor’s Degree in science and went on to earn her Master’s Degree from the University at Albany. During the decade she taught science, she also bought, rehabbed and sold homes. She and her husband are landlords and own and operate their company, Rental Restorations. 

After 10 years of teaching, Katrina decided to start a family and pursue a full-time real estate career. She has been in the business 14 years and has earned many awards based on yearly production and customer service. With her teaching experience, Katrina is able to educate new buyers and sellers about what it takes to have a successful transaction by delivering all the needed information in a clear format.

That skill is especially valuable when it comes to negotiating for her clients. Katrina always has the best interest of her clients in mind when working with other agents to get a transaction closed.  There are always obstacles that arise and need to be dealt with in a real estate transaction. One of Katrina’s strong suits is being able to guide her clients over these bumps and bridges with ease.  She makes what could be a stressful process seem simple and worry free. In her spare time, Katrina and her family enjoy all that the area’s beautiful water spots have to offer, from canoeing and fishing in the summer to cross-country skiing and snowmobiling on the frozen lakes in the winter.
