Pamela Dobry was raised in the Capital District, and received her MBA in Finance from New York University and BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.. As a seasoned professional, she applies two decades of experience in the real estate development, consulting and finance fields to her clients’ real estate transactions, providing an atypical combination of customer service and financial knowledge.
In addition - as a member of the Sharon Byrne Team - her clients receive her personal attention as well as the backing of one of the top 1% in sales teams in the Capital District.
Pamela’s family is originally from South America; after working for two years in Santiago, Chile, she moved to New York City where she worked at American Express and Bloomberg, as well as a finance consultant for several real estate developers. Her previous position was as the Director of Asset Management for the city’s Housing Preservation and Development. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
After 15 years in the city, Pamela returned to her hometown of Clifton Park to be closer to her family. Her interest in real estate extends to volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. She is an amateur painter and spends her free time with those who are most important to her – friends and family.
Having bought and sold several of her own properties in NYC and the Capital Region, she considers herself an advocate for her client, recognizing that each individual has his or her own unique real estate objectives. Pamela keeps every customer’s personal goals at the forefront, and understands the distinction between property - and an actual home.
