Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, and have been licensed for over 30 years.  In 2019 I started the Theresa Maloney Team at Howard Hanna with my son in law, Ryan Woodle.  Ryan is from Indiana and is also a successful actor since 2003.  He brings a lot of enthusiasm to his career and to real estate and is an all around great person.  I am a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.  I have earned my ranking as a respected agent at Howard Hanna Real Estate, a Champion Club and President's Circle Member.  All of these honors were achieved thru hard work and dedication.   My expertise in the area makes me an ideal real estate professional for anyone looking for a home in or around the Capital District.  I have worked with many attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage loan counselors, and financial institutions, as well as many professional companies should the need arise during our transaction, or down the road.  Experience matters and I know how to get things done!
