I have been helping residential real estate sellers and buyers for more than a quarter of a century.  And, for the past several years, I also have had the pleasure of managing one of the largest Howard Hanna Real Estate offices in New York.

My commitment to my agents, and to our valued clients, is based upon three principals:

1. Treat everyone involved with respect and understanding.  Real Estate may be a business, but it is deeply saturated with emotion, expectation and insecurity.  My job is to help my agents, and our sellers and buyers, to achieve their goals within an atmosphere of trust and confidence;
2. Share on-point information in a timely manner thereby reducing or even eliminating anxiety, misunderstanding and regrettable decisions; and
3. Make sure we all have the best tools, techniques and support so that we can be the place where successful Real Estate transactions happen!

I strive to be very familiar with the business being conducted in our office; a manager who knows what’s happening and is ready to help however I can, whenever my help is needed.  Assisting agents – new or experienced – working to build their business and exceed their personal goals is a source of great personal pride and satisfaction.

My recent service on the executive board of the Eastern NY Region MLS and teaching agents how to use technology to be successful, keeps me in touch with the latest developments in our region.  And, when not doing Real Estate, you can find me at a Giants or Mets game, preparing bar-b-que for friends and family, and playing with my three Boston Terriers.
