I am an award-winning Real Estate Professional with over 22 years of real estate experience. As a lifelong resident of Guilford County, NC, and the Triad area, AND a graduate of UNC Greensboro, I love the Piedmont/ Triad area and ALL it has to offer!
I truly enjoy my job of assisting Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs.
My goal for my clients; Buyers and Sellers, is to provide exceptional service that serves their best interest. I use my extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of residential real estate to effectively guide and assist my clients. I am proud to share with you that 89% of my business is generated from repeat and referral clients! I work in all price ranges from $50K to over $1M. • Experience: I offer over 22 years of successful real estate experience in assisting Buyers & Sellers with their real estate needs. I work during the times that Buyers and Sellers are available since Real Estate is not an 8-5 job. I love my job and pride myself on being available for my clients and understanding all aspects of real estate.

• Knowledge & Expertise: I have extensive knowledge of the Greensboro/Triad and Guilford County areas, expertise in NC Residential Contracts, the real estate market and housing values, and strong negotiating skills.

• A true caring and desire for my Clients to accomplish their real estate goals. This means thinking “outside of the box” in order to assist my Buyer Clients in locating their ideal new home while maximizing their long-term investment. It means working around potential challenges in assisting my Seller Clients when preparing their homes For Sale to help them obtain the best price for their property. My consistent communication and guidance throughout the real estate process ensure a smooth transaction. Real estate is a business built on trust and developing relationships with my clients that last long after they close.

• Consistent Communication – I take a direct, hands-on approach. In a world of advanced technology, I still believe in old fashioned communication with clients. Some clients prefer to communicate mostly through text and email. Others prefer phone calls. I work with my clients the way that they like to communicate.

• Strong Negotiation Skills: My strong negotiation skills, xpert knowledge of real estate contracts, and all things real estate is an asset to my clients.

• Advice on preparing your house for sale – I meet with Sellers, sometimes many months before they are ready to sell their property, to assist them in understanding the process and preparing their home for sale. If needed, I have access to reasonably priced, trusted contractors.

• Impressive Marketing: I position my Seller’s property at their very best with professional photography and solid, extensive online exposure.

OUR COMMUNITY
Giving Back
• For every home sold by Roberta, a donation will be made for medical treatment for rescued, sick, injured, and abused animals across the Piedmont Triad area.

• Roberta volunteers and works with animal rescues locally and throughout the state.

• Over the years she and her husband Bob have fostered many homeless dogs and cats. Roberta volunteered with vaccine clinics across NC to help the underserved community with their beloved pets, and organized a fence-building project to help pet owners to unchain their dogs.

• Additionally, she organized and volunteered with a project, Food for Paws, that provided food for pet owners in need. She also organized a yearly event, Susie’s Jam, that raised funds for the care of sick and injured animals at the Guilford County Animal Shelter.  In 2009, she and her husband, Bob, fostered a dog, Susie, that gained national attention when Susie was severely abused. Roberta organized a Grassroots movement across NC and the country which resulted in a Bill in NC Legislation that was passed to stiffen penalties for those convicted of animal cruelty in North Carolina. • In 2015, Roberta was recognized by her peers and the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association for her “Unselfish participation and efforts which exemplifies exceptional community service”.
