During my buyer/seller consultation, I listen to your concerns, needs and timeline.  TOGETHER we decide on marketing strategy and pricing.

My EXPERIENCE in helping people make good decisions extends over 35 years.  Part of my expertise is financing, derived from my 4 years of working as a mortgage broker.

FULL TIME SERVICE.  I work closely with two additional buyer brokers to give you 24/7 service.

Attention to DETAIL.  My focus on details from contract to closing is essential.  I am the conduit between agents, lawyers, bank, inspectors, appraisers and anyone involved in the transaction.  This focus on details comes from my first profession as a high school teacher.
