After receiving a bachelor’s degree in her home state for interior design at The University of Maryland, Benham relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1994 and began her real estate career. For the past 30 years she has been actively working with sellers and buyers, as well as assisting clients renovate and build their dream homes.
