Wendy has been a full time Realtor with Allen Tate Realtors since 2003. Prior to that her background was in management, mental health, human services and legal work. She has combined that experience with her successful real estate career to be one of our top recognized agents. Two of her highest honors include 2004 Rookie of the Year and in 2017 she received the highly coveted Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award. Throughout the years in between she has remained a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Other Allen Tate awards have included multiple awards of office MVP, Client Relations Associate of the Year, Mortgage Partner of the Year, Insurance Partner of the Year as well as an Outstanding Achievement award in 2010.  In 2019 Wendy took over the position of Branch Leader / Broker In Charge of our Statesville office.   

Since Wendy began her real estate career with Allen Tate in 2003 she has helped hundreds of satisfied customers. She is experienced with and enjoys working with clients of all price ranges. Foreclosures, first time home buyers, local buyers, transferees, down sizing, upgrading, estate sales and any other reason to buy and sell real estate - she has likely done it. She is Relocation certified and has worked with most major relocation companies.

Wendy is married and the mother of 2 children. She is actively involved in her home community and her children's schools. She has a passion for helping both people and animals. She is a long time volunteer of Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love.
