Zack attended Appalachian State University where he majored in construction management during his undergraduate years and furthered his interest in building and architecture in graduate school by studying sustainable technology. Upon graduating he pursued a career in construction estimating, but quickly realized that his true passion lies in residential real estate. In pursuit of this career change he relocated from Boone, North Carolina to his wife’s hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. Here they have entrenched themselves in the local community where Zack volunteers as a high school wrestling coach and his wife is a full-time competitive cheer coach.
Having grown up a military child, Zack moved from state to state and continent to continent. Though he reflects fondly on his nomadic childhood memories, he recalls oftentimes buying and selling under stressful circumstances. This sentiment drives his motivation to alleviate the anxiety that often accompanies buying and selling homes. Through facilitating a seamless process, he allows his clients to revel in the excitement of such a monumental accomplishment.
