Triston has had a passion for real estate starting at a very young age. The summer he graduated from high school he began an internship with Howard Hanna's Pepper Pike Office. From there, they could see his work ethic and intense dedication to learning as much as he could, which resulted in him getting offered a job working with administration/reception.
That is when Donna Glazer and her daughter, Pam Scheer, took notice of him. While interning, Triston spent most of his days with The Glazer Team picking up on their talent and expertise bit by bit. Once Pam Scheer became the manager of the Howard Hanna Solon Office, a full-time real estate position opened up to join Donna Glazer, which Triston filled.
Now he is a dedicated licensed real estate agent who works under Donna Glazer; listing & selling. Donna Glazer is one of the top-producing agents which shows that she would not hire Triston if she did not think he was worth it and/or able to perform up to her expectation level.
Triston describes himself as an "old soul" in the age of millennials in which he grew up. He prides himself on the way he presents himself each and every day and how others describe him; as focused, determined, friendly, and one of the best problem solvers they know.
Triston was instilled with an intense work ethic at a young age. He began working at the age of 11 years old and has not stopped since. He understands the rewards of hard work and how necessary it is to put everything you have into your career, especially when you are representing other people.
This shows when it comes to real estate; there is no one better to represent you than Donna Glazer and Triston M. Winterich.
“I can, I will, I did.”-Triston M. Winterich
