Thomas Shay Long

My name is Tommy Long. I am a ninth-generation Lebanon County native and a proud member of the Howard Hanna Krall family. Over the past ten years, I have built a strong track record helping clients buy and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties throughout the region. From 2022 through 2025, I was the top producer in my firm by settled volume, and recently received my fifth National Sales Excellence Award, placing me among the top 5% of agents in the United States.

My background includes experience in sales, consulting, investing, marketing, and strategic problem-solving, supported by a deep understanding of property, contracts, market dynamics, and negotiation. I take pride in serving as a steady guide for my clients — helping them navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence while always protecting their best interests.

Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, something I’m deeply grateful for and work hard to earn. I believe that trust is built through preparation, expertise, honest advice, and consistent results.

Outside of real estate, I’m also the father of three young children and the proud husband of a medical professional at the VA Hospital. When I’m not working, you’ll find me golfing, skiing, tinkering with music, traveling with friends and family, or riding bikes around the neighborhood with my kids.
