Our branch had a very successful 2018 (which is especially notable given the challenging year our industry faced with very low inventory). Here are some of our accomplishments:
Why choose me as your manager?
I began to manage in late 2017 and really enjoy leading an office to success! My focus is on my agents. I meet with each individual agent to set goals and create a business plan. It does not end there, it just begins! We commit to meeting regularly based on their desire (weekly, 2x per month, monthly or quarterly). What do we do when we meet? Glad you asked. My passion is to help every agent think like the CEO of their business! I provide mechanisms for agents to track their various activities, appointments and pipeline to help them understand their conversion rates and to measure their results. I train them on our vast amount of market differentiators, I even created a 1:1 inspiration wall to help us use our time most effectively! I adapt to what I can do to help each agent with their most important needs that day. This time is dedicated to them, my phone is off for their hour!
Our branch truly is special! Our agents talk about how our branch atmosphere is like a family, we are focused on our individual and team goals but we also care so much about each other. This atmosphere was not created overnight, we have had some of the most remarkable managers and agents over the many years that the branch has existed and I'm proud to say that the tradition continues thru today! Our sales meetings are attended by almost all of our active agents and I work hard to bring relevant value to the meetings, building content the day after the prior month meeting. We volunteer together and take the time to celebrate our accomplishments which is so important! Come join our team!
