I am a native Charlotteann. I love living in the Carolinas and showing people everything this area has to offer.  From the shores of Lake Norman, mountains to the west and beaches to the east there is a climate and life style for just about everyone. The south has become a great retirement area for many liking the mild climate. Charlotte is a great city for arts and culture and the towns surrounding  are booming with the growth.

As a Realtor, Broker with  the Allen Tate Company since 2003 I feel this company provides me with the tools and knowledge I need to make buying or selling a great experience for my clients.  Listening to the needs of a buyer and what is important to them makes the process of finding the perfect home enjoyable for everyone. Helping sellers stage, declutter and get their home market ready is just one step  to getting it sold.

I work with several builders listing their new construction homes which has given be a broad understanding of the complexities in the building process.

 Giving back to the community is important to me. I support the Arts and Science, United Way, American Red Cross and many local charities. Allen Tate Cares supports public education in all our communities.
