1. One on One Meeting
We start with a one on one meeting to discuss your new home and what that home looks like! We create a wish list of amenities and get a good description of the “must haves”. At this meeting we will discuss the process and answer any questions to get you ready to start looking.
2. Get Pre-Approved
Next, you get pre-approved so you can shop for a home with confidence. Home sellers will want to do business with you because you will know exactly how much home you can afford. This gives us an added edge when we go to negotiate a final price. And will get you closed faster once we find your new home!
3. Finding Your Home
I do a daily search for properties based on the detailed description we created of your dream house in our initial consultation. I send you daily e-mails of new listings that match your criteria. I only show you houses that match what you are looking for.
4. Negotiating Time
At this point, if you like one of the houses, we will have a discussion to be certain that the price is appropriate for the real estate climate, the neighborhood and for resale. Then we will write up an offer to purchase. I will write the offer to purchase with the best price and terms for you, as the buyer. I determine a negotiating strategy and negotiate on your behalf.
