Chautauqua county and western New York has not seen the fluctuation of prices as across most of the country and property values have stayed the same or with the trend of today remodeling our older homesteads, bringing them up to date and increasing the property value and equity in their home or business.
Sharon owned Ace Advertising, Printing & Brochure Distribution for over 15 years. Which also published “What’s Happening Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania”. The monthly publication promoted local events, dining, hotels and things to do. Ace Brochure Distribution was purchased from the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau and Bill Merritt in 2000. The monthly magazine and the brochure racks form a valuable and successful advertising alliance.
