Licensed since 1993, I have been associated with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since 1997 currently under the direction of Alicia Kosec, Broker of the Poland office.  

I am accustomed to working in many different market conditions. I have seen the best of markets, where homes sell in multiple offer situations at above or asking price. And I have seen difficult markets, where there are Foreclosures and Short-Sales throughout, making financing and appraisals very difficult. Through my experience and knowledge, I am able to partner with individuals and lenders in getting these types of homes closed!  I am very familiar with new construction. I was a Site team member at Firestone Farms in Columbiana from it's inception. I also was on teams at Ridgely Park in Poland and Tippecanoe Woods in Canfield. While I was the Site Coordinator of Tippecanoe Woods, we enjoyed great sales and sold the development out in a very short period of time.  I enjoy the diversity of selling not only new construction but also resale homes in the Mahoning , Trumbull and Columbiana County areas.  I love working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through the process of owning their first home!

I attained the designation of New Homes Specialist in 2002 and in 1999 received the RRS designation  (Residential Relocation Specialist). I am qualified to work with all of the different Relocation companies nationwide, transferring people both into and out of town.

I have achieved the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) President's Sales Club Award of Achievement (attaining over $1 million in sales volume) 1999-2004, 2007, 2008-2012; the Award of Distinction (attaining over $2.5 million in sales volume) for 2005 and 2013; additionally, the same year receiving The Realty Alliance National Sales Award in recognition of an exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professionals in America; the Award of Excellence (attaining over $5 million in sales volume) for 2006.  I am consistently one of the Top Producing Realtors in the Poland office in volume of homes closed.  My sales volume for the year ending 12/31/06 was 6 million dollars (top 1% in the Poland office). My sales value for the year ending 12/31/10 was nearly 4 million dollars (top 5% in the Poland office). In the course of my career, I have sold well over 36 million dollars in homes.
