Hi, I’m Shannon Shown — a proud Triad native, wife, mom, and local Realtor with a deep love for helping people find their place to call home.

Born and raised right here in North Carolina, I’ve always had a heart for connection and community. Before real estate, I spent 20 wonderful years as a certified Redken color specialist, helping clients look and feel their best. Then 2020 changed everything. The world slowed down, and I realized it was time to take a leap — to combine my passion for people, creativity, and problem-solving in a new way. That’s when my career in real estate began.

I started this journey with one mission in mind: to redefine what real estate service feels like. I believe every client deserves white-glove treatment, no matter their budget. From the first conversation to the closing table (and beyond), my focus is on communication, education, and making the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

My background in the salon industry taught me how to listen deeply, build lasting relationships, and provide an experience that feels personal and genuine. Those same values guide me today — whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, a growing family, or an investor looking for the perfect opportunity.

Being local is one of my greatest strengths. Having lived in the Triad my entire life, I know these neighborhoods, the people, and the stories that make this area so special. When I’m not helping families find their dream homes, you’ll find me soaking up time with my husband, Ethan, and our two kids, Ava and Luke. We share our lives with our dog, Waylon. I love sunshine, a good glass of wine, entertaining friends, and any excuse to be outdoors.

Real estate has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — not just because of the homes I help buy and sell, but because of the people I meet along the way. My goal is simple: to make a lasting impact, one relationship at a time.
