Sara Duque

I joined Beverly-Hanks in June 2014, fulfilling a desire to work in real estate since I first obtained my license in 1988. I believe that my different roles in life enable me to be flexible, to multi-task, and to be creative in a way that serves your home and property buying and selling needs. I am a local graduate of East Henderson High School and have worked in consumer financing as a branch manager in Hendersonville, NC, a preschool teacher at Nativity Preschool and Kindergarten in Arden, NC. I initiated and assisted with the chess program at Avery's Creek Elementary School and Valley Springs Middle School which enabled many of the students to go on to become State Champions. I am an active member of the Asheville Board of Realtors. All of this has enhanced my understanding that life is a journey, not a destination, and has bumps and turns along the way.

Being a native of Henderson County, I remember Four Seasons Boulevard being only two lanes, cruising Main Street as a teenager and air conditioning homes was optional. Even though some things have changed, others remain the same. The icy rivers, beautiful vistas, and autumn foliage continue to take my breath away.

My daughter graduated from TC Roberson and Ole Miss in Oxford Mississippi and is currently employed with Omni in Dallas, TX. My son graduated from TC Roberson and the University of NC at Chapel Hill, NC, and is currently employed with Amazon in Washington, DC. I enjoy walking, biking, sunny beaches, traveling to new places, the beauty of fall, and the smell of crisp leaves. I would love to have the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs.
