Ryan TerHaar Lic RE Salesperson
I am Ryan TerHaar, born and raised in Churchville, NY.
Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate, I graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies. Mercyhurst University is nationally recognized as one of the top universities in the country to produce analysts in the business, law enforcement, and national security sectors. At Mercyhurst, I was a student athlete on our Mens Lacrosse team. One of the most influential moments for me at Mercyhurst University was being nominated for the Unsung Hero Award at the Universitie's Student Athlete banquet my senior year.
As a Crime Analyst at the Central New York Crime Analysis Center, I was recognized within my first year with the Exceptional Performance Award at our annual DCJS award banquet. I truly believe that my real estate journey has sparked from my analytical background. My goal will always be, gathering pertinent information in a timely manor and providing it with full transparency.
I enjoy vacationing on the St. Lawrence River, whether that be fishing, kayaking, or relaxing to a picture perfect 1000 Island sunset. On the golf course, I thrive at finding every golf ball but the one that I shanked into the woods.
In every aspect of my life, I pride myself on commitment, communication, and full transparency. My high school sweetheart and I have recently moved to the Central New York area and have thoroughly enjoyed all of the new faces, new places, and new relationships that we have developed in this chapter of our lives.
